Can etch marks on marble be removed?
Often, yes. Etching is surface damage caused by acids, so the solution is usually professional honing and polishing rather than more cleaning. We assess the depth and finish in person first.
Will sealing stop etching?
Traditional penetrating sealers can help with staining but generally do not prevent acid etching. MORE™ AntiEtch™ is designed to provide both etch and stain protection; suitability and warranty terms are confirmed during the assessment.
Can you repair chips and cracks?
Many chips and small cracks can be repaired with colour-matched materials. We will tell you what result is realistic before any work starts.
How should I care for protected marble?
We provide care guidance after the job. As a rule, avoid harsh or acidic cleaners and wipe spills promptly.
